Welcome to BRISÉNN. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Handmade & Made-to-Order
   Each BRISÉNN product is crafted by hand. Small variations in color, shape, or texture are natural and part of the handmade character - not considered defects.

2. Ordering & Payment
   Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud or error.

3. Returns & Refunds
   Standard orders can be returned within 30 days (see our Return Policy). Custom orders are final sale.

4. Shipping & Delivery
   Production time: 2–3 weeks. Shipping time: 1–2 weeks.
   Delays due to customs or couriers are outside our control.

5. Intellectual Property
   All designs, images, text, and branding are the intellectual property of BRISÉNN and may not be used without written permission.

6. Liability
   BRISÉNN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or shipping delays.
