Shipping policy

Each BRISÉNN piece is made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.
Shipping usually takes an additional 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Import Duties & Taxes

Any import costs, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages During Transit

We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, BRISÉNN is not responsible for damages incurred during transportation.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the courier immediately and also email us at info@brisenn.com with photos so we can assist.
