Refund policy

At BRISÉNN, every piece is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your Infinity Links as much as we loved creating them.

Cancellations (Before Shipment)

Because each order is made to order, we begin production shortly after your purchase.

• Free cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

• After 24 hours, production may have already started. If you request a cancellation or refund before your order has shipped, a 50% production fee will apply (we will refund the remaining 50% to your original payment method).

• Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled - please refer to our Returns policy below.

Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery if it is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and process a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Custom orders or personalised items are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• We recommend using a tracked service for returns.
